什么是领导力发展项目?
The Warren CAT 领导力发展计划 (LDP) is a paid 12-month future leaders training program. Participants in the program rotate through all of our various departments and divisions to get a holistic view of how the company operates. 在节目的最后, depending on the participant’s skills and the company’s business needs, 参加者可能会获得全职职位.

Warren CAT has several divisions and departments that work together to make our organization the dealership of choice. Each graduate’s career path will differ from that of their peers. Warren CAT is committed to retaining the industry’s top talent and graduates may work in several different departments and multiple locations throughout their careers.

Participants are evaluated by the supervisor of each rotation assignment. Performance is measured in two facets: what was achieved (results) and how these results were achieved (leadership). Participants also receive feedback from the LDP staff and other mentors.

Those applying to the program must be a college graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree, minimum 3.0 GPA and willing to relocate within our dealership territory. 完成这个项目需要出差.
